Toni Butler

joined Synergy in 2009 as our Team Leader for WA, based in Perth. She is an internationally trained & experienced Executive Coach who provides the right blend of theory & practice to bring about successful & pragmatic outcomes with clients. Toni works with senior & emerging leaders across industry sectors throughout the Asia-Pacific Region. She is highly skilled at working with clients remotely, where the globalisation of teams demands virtual communication & work skills, as well as face-to-face.

Following a management career in a family group of businesses, Toni has had continuing success as an HR professional. Her industry experience includes retail, manufacturing, hospitality, legal & financial services.

Her expertise in creating functional teams in new & emerging markets has seen her oversee the development of local & regional teams in Asia, global teams working out of the UK, & other virtual project teams.

This combination of industry & geographic experience enables Toni to work effectively with a range of senior clients whilst maintaining a local/global perspective. As an Executive & Leadership Coach, Toni has a personal ambition to play a significant role in the creation of the next generation of global leaders who are well networked, constructive & community focussed.

Throughout her career, Toni has developed a reputation for sharing her ideas widely, challenging those around her & encouraging the best in herself & others. Her personal sense of adventure – including riding her BMW motorbike from London to Tokyo via Russia, Kazakhstan & Mongolia – flows over to her work thus providing a significant range of work & life experiences from which to draw.
