We believe passionately in the importance of involving staff at all levels in change & provide expert facilitation to develop their leadership skills. We also provide specific development opportunities for clinicians from all disciplines to learn in a ‘safe environment’, including personal development plans based on 360 feedback, a range of masterclasses, & action learning with executive coaching support.

Clinicians are required to role-model visionary leadership behaviours to colleagues – developing their own motivation, confidence & influencing skills. We have a strong track record in needs analysis, assessing competences, & in the design, development & facilitation of tailored programs that engage senior clinicians.
We help to prepare them to work as high performing ‘change champions’, role-modelling leadership competences to their peers & teams. The development of these skills underpins service improvement & allows new ways of working - providing an integrated approach to modernisation. Our courses are well evaluated by participants & accredited by the Royal Colleges for CEPD.
