Susan Steiner joined Synergy in 2009 as Team Leader for Europe based in Zurich. She has over 15 years experience as an Executive Coach & Consultant based on her practical leadership skills as program designer & facilitator. Her expertise is in helping business leaders produce extraordinary results, beyond what they thought possible. A key element of this is teaching practices that eliminate wasted time & frustration with information overload.
Susan’s depth of experience, astute observation skills & enthusiasm make her an excellent coach & a down-to-earth consultant.
Before beginning her consulting career, Susan was the Operations Manager at JMJ Associates, Chief Operations Officer for a non-profit organisation & Training Manager for a large state agency in Texas. She also had her own organising company in San Diego, California for several years & is an expert on helping people become more effective & efficient.
She has also developed & led many workshops on team effectiveness, individual productivity, leadership skills & business communication with a diverse range of organisations including, Whole Foods Market (Texas USA), Jubilee Mines (Perth AUS), Wells Fargo Bank (California USA) as well as IBM, Motorola, Dell Financial Services & Samsung.
Susan has a science background. She holds Bachelor degrees in both Chemistry (BS) & Psychology (BA), along with a Master’s in Nutrition (MA). Her pastimes are meditating, & writing chapters of her novel, reading, hiking & scuba diving.
