Previously, he led his own consulting firm & worked globally at an executive level. He specialises in executive coaching & team development in the financial & technology sectors & also has extensive experience in the development of international sales leadership for cultural change.
As the Director of Management & Technical Development for Blue Cross of California, he consolidated & restructured the organisation post merger. Additionally, he held the position of Director of Development for Bank of America in Asia, where he created an international consulting team covering 11 Asian countries. Later, as the Director of Staffing & Development for Bank of Hawaii, he established succession
planning & executive recruiting systems.
Stephen has installed comprehensive sales systems & spearheaded highly effective management/technical development for a range of Fortune 100 clients. He has also consulted with executives of both the utility & financial sectors in pre & post merger environments, assisting with successful personal & organisational transitions. Stephen specialises in providing processes & techniques to help people & organisations change.
Using creative problem solving & strong interpersonal skills, he provides executives with innovative solutions to complex business issues. Additionally, he has designed & implemented strategies credited with solving managerial & fiscal problems. In doing this, he has demonstrated a unique capacity for leading the formulation of long-term strategies & tactical plans for existing services, as well as developing new products/services.
Stephen provides decisive leadership, sound judgment & excels at formulating & communicating organisational visions. He is also a Master Trainer working comfortably between strategic & operational levels, across a wide range of industries.
