Consultant Specification
- Executive experience, demonstrable skills & an understanding of individual & organisational learning
- A strong track record of facilitating leaders & staff in complex, geographically dispersed teams*
- Confidence to work effectively as a proactive change agent in a variety of settings, on own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, with sound IT & organisational ability
- An ace networker with a desire to exceed client expectations & also develop new business
- A degree/professional qualification & usually extensive international experience
*Additional language capability is not essential, but desirable for international projects.
