Consultant Specification

Executive experience, demonstrable skills & an understanding of individual, team & organisational learning & cultural alignment

A strong track record of facilitating change with leaders & staff in complex, often geographically dispersed teams/orgs*

Confidence to work effectively & proactively in a variety of settings, on own initiative, using project management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, with sound IT & organisational ability to work in a fast paced team

An ace networker with the ability to exceed client expectations & develop new business, as an important part of your role

A professional qualification (preferably a masters degree) & usually extensive international experience. If you are an Executive Coach you much be ICF credentialed, or willing to work towards this as part of your Individual Development Plan within your first 6mths in post.
*Additional language capability is not essential, but desirable for international projects.
