Personal Coaching Style Inventory (PCSI)

The Personal Coaching Style Inventory (PCSI) © is an assessment tool that helps executives, managers & coaches understand how to connect more easily in various relationships (teams, projects, etc.)

In this course we examine the four PCSI styles & develop awareness for how these styles are expressed in the workplace. With a deeper understanding of styles, leaders & coaches learn to flex their styles to support colleagues & customers. The inventory/tool is aimed at Executives & Managers; HR & OD Professionals; Business Owners; Consultants & Coaches – in fact anyone wishing to improve communication!

Synergy can facilitate individual PCSI sessions or groups from 8-80 people at a venue of your choice. We deliver a range of International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach specific training workshops that can go towards your own ICF credentials (assuming you can demonstrate confidence in using the core competences).
