A confidential Executive Coaching relationship can last from 3mths to 3yrs depending on the Client (Organisation) & the Coachee (Individual Leader) needs & role changes (often promotions) during this time.
To develop a safe learning environment for behavioural change & mindset shifts at the deepest level (that positively impact the rest of life) it’s really important for you to feel comfortable with your chosen Coach.
Whilst all of our Executive Coaches are fully credentialed etc they do each have different professional backgrounds, qualifications & special interests.

We’ll then arrange for you to have 2 Pro Bono Chemistry Checks (30mins - 1Hr each) with two appropriately selected Executive Coaches – either face-to-face on via Skype/Phone; |

Finally, we’ll be able to answer any of your questions regarding investment/cost & the way we offer flexible coaching packages of different lengths around your busy life. |
