Michelle Robin joined Synergy Global in 2012 as an experienced Effectiveness Consultant, Change Facilitator & Executive Coach. She is also our Team Leader – NZ (for the South Island).
Michelle started her career with Andersen Consulting where she gained insight into the value of systems/processes to deliver consistent results. She found their commitment to training & onsite learning to be a valuable blueprint.
She continued to work for a number of international organisations in management & executive leadership roles, including being the Customer Advocacy Director, Dimension Data (South Africa) where she headed up the strategic change from product to services across (800 staff).
She then headed up the Renaissance Division (Desktop Outsourcing) of EDS (South Africa) where she restructured the division from a profit centre to a cost centre (400 staff). At Andersen Consulting she led numerous change & Process Improvement (PI) projects across financial services & transportation (rail).
Michelle specialises in helping clients with Executive Leadership & Behavioural/Cultural Change. She has personally led cultural change programs within a client environment (Dimension Data) & understands the challenges change agents & organisations face.
Her work in South Africa, New Zealand & Australia, has allowed her to understand both the similarities & differences of working in diverse organisations. She has also extensive experience, working across the Private, Public & Not-for-Profit Sectors.
Michelle works at all levels of the organisation to gain buy-in & commitment to change. Her strengths lie in consulting, training/facilitation & coaching. Her Carpe Diem attitude allows her to ensure that momentum is maintained so that the end results can be achieved.
She gets a real buzz out of seeing her clients succeed & grow, be this at a personal or organisational level. She is able to support & challenge people to be the best they can be, whilst playing to their strengths.
Her 30+ years in the Organisational Development (OD) Industry has provided her with many valuable systems/processes & tools, which she is able to include in her work with clients.
