Manuela Damant joined Synergy in 2009. She has worked in a number of different roles in Shell International in Europe including managing the insurance and risk allocation aspects of major construction projects around the globe and the implementation of the global insurance strategy in Europe and Africa.

Having been motivated by the power of personal leadership, Manuela now specialises in supporting her clients to develop more self awareness which allows them to move out of the ‘waiting room’ and back into the adventure called life.

She typically works with individuals who are focusing on personal leadership with the intent of achieving better organisational results. As a certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer she uses the NLP concept of ‘Logical Levels’ (environment, behaviour, competence, beliefs and values, identity and purpose) to enable clients to recognise clear steps to move themselves and the organisation forward.

Manuela works at all levels of organisations and is especially passionate about coaching talented young people earmarked for leadership positions, first time managers and the kind of high potential candidates that have been noticed by senior management but have not become aware of their skills yet themselves.

She is a certified coach (ACC) and has delivered workshops and coached throughout the UK and Australia. As an active member of the ICF she currently serves as the Co-President of the Victorian Sub Chapter in Australia. Manuela is Synergy’s Team Leader for supervision.
