Linda Taylor joined Synergy in 2000 as part of our EU Team. She holds a Diploma in Management Studies & a Masters in HR Management, from Gloucester University. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Linda began her career in the Airline Industry & has had extensive experience, having been Cabin Crew Manager for two UK Airlines, Quality Consultant with a leading insurance company & Manager Quality Training with an international office document company, where she was given a Quality Award for outstanding performance.
Linda became an independent consultant in 1992 & has delivered a broad range of programs for a variety of organisations including: companies in the UK, The United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Yemen & includes: Airlines, Banks, Call Centres, Charities, District Councils, Electricity, Gas, Government Agencies, Housing Associations, Insurance Companies, Manufacturing Companies, Marketing, National Health Service Trusts, Oil, Software, Telecommunications & Universities.
She is a past Non-Executive Director on a National Health Service Trust (UK), specialising in improving the performance of individuals & organisations. She is especially skilled in principles & practices of Total Quality Management & the implementation & execution of these principles that directly & indirectly serve the consumer. She helps companies to focus on what they need to do in order to completely satisfy their customers. Her courses are about active learning in a friendly supportive atmosphere, through discussions, syndicate work, training videos & case studies.
