Judith Krichefski joined Synergy in 2007 after a career in Hotel Management & a range of executive roles with household names such as Movenpick, Royal Garden & Trust House Forte, both in London & Europe. She then used the management skills acquired in the corporate sector to start & grow a fast food business which was later successfully sold to a national catering company.
Judith’s unique combination of skills & background in Business Management & the International Hotel Sector led to advisory posts with both the DTI & Business Link who named her Business Adviser of the Year in 1996. Key projects included a bi-lingual management change program for Maison Blanc, developing the coaching skills of 400 consultants & the delivery of workshops to Family Businesses.
Judith’s extensive experience has allowed her to develop the knowledge & skills required to inspire senior management teams tasked with significant change management or leadership programs. She is also able to empathise & communicate with individuals through periods of uncertainty, instilling a ‘can-do’ culture to achieve objectives efficiently. These personal qualities are backed by an equally impressive toolbox which improves the health, wellbeing & personal satisfaction of clients.
Judith is an NLP Master Practitioner & NLP Coach, as well as a Licensed Practitioner of Cognitive Fitness, Coaching, Non Violent Communication, The Magus Toolbox & The Synergy Mental Resilience Program. The individual combination of these skills & services ensure that every client benefits from a personalised approach to what is often perceived as a generic problem.
Judith is also an ICF credentialed coach & Coach Supervisor, helping to facilitate one of our Synergy Global Coaching & NLP Practice Groups in London, UK.
