Process Improvement, Yemen Government (Middle East)
Client Issue: The joint World Bank & Yemen government funded Groundwater & Soil Conservation program, included a Management Information System & Geographic Information System project requiring facilitative leadership, to work with clients from three government ministries & assist the various stakeholders meet design & protocol agreements for data & information sharing & usage.
Solution: Additional technicians from four countries were engaged & managed to build a development team to meet the challenges of differing needs, formats & existing systems.
Outcome: Change processes & training integrated with solution trials, twinning & roll-out.
