Solution: Broad national consultation with all user & interest groups were facilitated in close collaboration with the client, relative to the developed national strategy framework. Human resource, budgets, support & training were paramount, as well as alignment with regional approaches.

Outcome: Third party private industry were engaged & managed in coordination with the increasing leadership of the client, together with the steady transition to a full handover to the client. This was backed up by a detailed strategic plan, agreed by the client.
