Health & Wellbeing Review

 

In conjunction with our strategic partner Work & Wellbeing we are able to offer organisations an online diagnostic which objectively measures work related quality of life i.e. those aspects of a person’s well-being that are primarily impacted by their job that can be addressed through workplace interventions.

The tool measures staff wellbeing in the broadest sense using a robust scientific approach that has been used in clinical research for over 20 years. Comprising a set of standardised questions,
the Work & Wellbeing Assessment (WWBA) has been specifically developed to evaluate how people's jobs impact their overall quality of life. It is the only workplace instrument of its kind that applies the same measurement principles already used to determine the health & wellbeing of patients in a clinical setting.

The WWBA evaluates & tracks scientifically how people's jobs affect their general sense of
wellbeing & work/life balance across nine different dimensions. As five days out of every seven are spent at work, it stands to reason that a person's job has a huge impact on all these different components.
If organisations can determine the true drivers of staff wellbeing, they can then take steps to optimise their effectiveness, productivity & performance.
