h-jane_sears.PNGHeather-Jane Gray began her career as a nurse & led effective change in health services as a Chief Executive & Senior Policy Analyst/Strategic Planner for the UK Government. As the Executive Director - Nursing & Quality (Senior Vice President) at King's College Hospital, one of the largest University Medical Centres in Europe, she led the design & implementation of the Quality Improvement, R&D, and Education Strategies. As a change catalst with an internal Organisational Development (OD) Team, she helped to reengineer many health processes. She was also Director of Corporate Communications, improving both internal communications & external PR, in the politically charged area of SE London. Apart from Process Improvement initiatives, she also led cultural cahnge towards Valuing Diversity (Inclusivity), Health Promotion & Clinical Governance (including being responsible for Risk Management), & established a range of Senior Clinical Leadership Programs.

As a result, Heather-Jane was awarded a prestigious Harkness Fellowship for exceptional achievement in the field of health, OD & change management. As a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, she completed an extensive action research project on Values-based Leadership & Cultural Change, working as an OD Consultant with a range of organisations. Heather-Jane was later honoured with a Churchill Fellowship researching the Successful Development of Virtual Teams. She has published numerous articles & speaks on a variety of topics. She has also received special recognition for leadership, creative problem solving, innovation & business skills, from the Royal College of Nursing; EU Institute of Health Service Management; Mercury Communications; & NatWest Bank. She now lives in Melbourne & facilitates a wide range of strategic leadership & cultural change programs, underpinned with Executive Coaching. As a Master Practitioner & ICF Credentialled Coach, she has a particular interest in the application of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP); Timeline Therapy; Ericksonian Hypnotherapy; & Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT). She has post grad qualifications in these areas & has served on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Boards as a Director at State & International levels (AUS & NZ).

She is currently recruiting to expand the Asia Pacific Team & working with Boards across the Private, Public & Not-for-Profit Sectors to help them achieve positive, measurable & sustainable behavioural/cultural change.
