Striving towards becoming Carbon Neutral

Climate change is one of the biggest challenges facing the world today. While each of us alone can make a difference, collectively we can make an even bigger difference.
The challenge is to translate our concern into action without being paralysed by the apparent enormity of the situation, to identify what we can do & the commitment to act.
In organising Synergy events we set ourselves the challenge of minimising our use of resources - mindful that we have to travel & use some lighting, heating & materials.
As change leadership consultants & coaches, we have learned is that we can make a difference even by taking small incremental steps until we change ingrained habits.

Our small steps:

• Making the commitment to minimise our use of resources & limit printed materials
• Establishing this website page listing organisations offering advice on sustainable practices
• Conducting an audit & taking action on the results – e.g. we now plant even more trees
• Basing our HQ near a public transport interchange so that people can use trains/trams
