Client Issue: Within the Australian Defence Force's top secret RAAF aerial image analysis section, a need to change processes to improve response times was identified. A vast library of hard copy intelligence imagery of various formats, locations & associated hard copy meta-data, required digital interrogation & output capacity.

Solution: Needs analysis & project design was managed collaboratively with senior RAAF personnel, technical officers & third party private industry contractors.

Outcome: The resulting digitised workflow & computer based geographic information system was rolled out in conjunction with formal & self-paced intranet ongoing user training.
