Dianne Taylor joined Synergy in 2008 & is based in Melbourne, VIC, AUS as part of our growing Asia Pacific Team.
Having completed her Masters in International Human Resources at Monash University, she is also our Team Leader - HR.
With over 25 years as the co-owner of a successful engineering business employing 30 staff, combined with a background in leadership development & education, Dianne has a wealth of experience to draw upon with SMEs. Her practical experience is also underpinned by qualifications in coaching, training, HR & business management.
As a business & leadership coach, consultant, speaker & trainer, Dianne is passionate about helping people & organisations discover & realise their potential.
Her extensive experience as a business owner combined with her achievements across the private, public, voluntary sectors provide her with a unique perspective on business management - holistic, strategic & practical - which she brings to her work across industries as varied as education, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality & IT.
