Dianne Taylor

joined Synergy in 2008 & based in Melbourne, VIC, AUS, has an important Mentor Coaching role with our Asia Pacific Team. Having completed her Master in International Human Resources at Monash University, she is also our Team Leader - HR.

With over 25 years as the co-owner of a successful engineering business employing 30 staff, combined with a background in leadership development & education, Dianne has a wealth of experience to draw upon with SMEs. Her practical experience is also underpinned by qualifications in coaching, training, HR & business management.

 

As a business & leadership coach, consultant, speaker & trainer, Dianne is passionate about helping people & organisations discover & realise their potential.

 

Her extensive experience as a business owner combined with her achievements across the private, public, voluntary sectors provide her with a unique perspective on business management - holistic, strategic & practical - which she brings to her work across industries as varied as education, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality & IT.
