Election Process Training Program, Chinese Government (East Asia)
Client Issue: A joint program of the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs & the European Commission, for development of training materials regarding village-level election processes, required multi-media materials development.
Solution: A bi-lingual (Chinese & English) Train-the-Trainer & Training-Materials CD was requested, introducing & teaching didactic methodologies into traditionally oral-based teaching environments.
Outcome: Practical train-the-trainer sessions were held in the national capital & in various provincial capitals, as part of the roll-out of the Training Toolbox CD & associated online training materials.
