Carolyn Pickering joined Synergy in 2009, as an Executive Coach with 8 years of experience coaching Senior Managers & emerging leaders in large, complex organisations across the following industry sectors:
Government, IT, Finance, Telecomms, Insurance, Pharma, Gaming & Hospitality, Education, Construction, & Healthcare. Based in Sydney, she more recently became our Team Leader for NSW, Australia.
An internationally credentialed coach at PCC level, Carolyn is trained in the areas of personal as well as business & workplace coaching. She is also qualified in Accelerated Sales Training & is an NLP Practitioner.
With her direct, insightful & enthusiastic manner, coupled with appropriate humour, Carolyn presents a new way of thinking, & focuses on the present while planning for the future. Results show Carolyn’s clients have a renewed vigour for their work. They can also see & act beyond the current situation – aligning personal & organisational values. They acquire new competencies, skills & a broader perspective on issues.
Carolyn is also accredited in the use of the Conflicts Dynamics Tool & Neethling Brain Instruments™ Whole Brain Thinking profiling tools. Plus the COI Group of tools, namely, OEP, LEP, SEP, TEP & the Retention Optimiser profiling tools, together with the 360 Full Circle Feedback instrument. Carolyn has been an active member of the International Coach Federation NSW Leadership & ICFA Specialist Project Team for three years. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) & foundation member of the Neuroleadership Institute.
She has an extensive career in large companies such as IBM & the National Australia Bank (NAB), plus a number of SMEs. This includes the design & implementation of Corporate Coaching Programs over a period of four years, assisting clients at all levels achieve their potential & enhance their organisation’s culture.
