Anne Powell joined Synergy in 1999 having been a visionary healthcare executive in the not-for-profit & for-profit healthcare market. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in health policy, federal & state health programs, including initiatives/structural functions, regulatory & accreditation compliance & education of consumers & healthcare providers. The management of healthcare's impact & the change required for both providers & recipients of quality healthcare has been the primary focus in Anne's extensive career.
Her personal leadership style has enabled individuals & groups to move to open, participative management with a focus on mentoring others in leadership development & grassroots transformation. She became Synergy's Team Leader for the US & Canada in 2004 & has mentor coached many of our Consultants.
She has been responsible for the development & implementation of strategic & organisational redesign, quality improvement strategies, incorporating educational & design tools, ensuring successful transition in the workplace. She has a unique ability to promote group cohesion, common goals & possibilities thereby encouraging risk taking where complacency exists.
Anne brings a warm personality, a great sense of humour & willingness to listen to individuals & groups, which has allowed her to assist clients to identify their strengths, minimise their weaknesses & showcase their organisations around their strategic priorities. Her integration of grassroots employees & top leadership results in sound decision-making, excellence in change management & expansion of an organisation's capabilities to excel in the market.
